Founded in 2012, Jen Mauldin Design is a Dallas-based studio specializing in interior architecture and design. We create homes with a distinct sense of place and personality, where considered spaces, beautiful materials, and meaningful collections become part of everyday life.
Our work moves between the architectural and the intimate—from the proportions of a room to the piece of art that makes it yours. Through close collaboration with our clients and the people who bring each project to life, we create homes that feel comfortable, individual, and enduring.

With over 25 years in high-end design, Jen Mauldin excels in transforming spaces to reflect her clients’ unique styles while respecting architectural integrity. Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for sustainable design, Jen is a top choice for bespoke, luxurious interiors that exceed expectations.
JAMES MAULDIN | COO
With a background in IT, James expertly handles billing, logistics, and project management. Known for his motto, "he deals with everything that isn't pretty," he ensures smooth operations and keeps a vigilant eye on all aspects of the business, like a skilled hockey referee.
MADELEINE MONTAGUE | JUNIOR DESIGNER
Madeleine earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Baylor University and brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every project. As a Junior Designer, she supports the team with space planning, material selection, and project coordination—contributing fresh perspective and enthusiasm throughout the design process.
OUR PROCESS
Concept. We begin with your priorities, the architecture, and the way you want to live, establishing the direction for the project.
Design Development. Plans, materials, lighting, furnishings, and custom details are developed into a cohesive design.
Documentation & Coordination. We prepare design drawings and specifications and coordinate with the project team as the work takes shape.
Procurement & Installation. We coordinate purchasing, deliveries, and installation, bringing furnishings, art, and finishing details together.
