With a background in IT, James expertly handles billing, logistics, and project management. Known for his motto, "he deals with everything that isn't pretty," he ensures smooth operations and keeps a vigilant eye on all aspects of the business, like a skilled hockey referee.
MADELEINE MONTAGUE | JUNIOR DESIGNER
Madeleine earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Baylor University and brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every project. As a Junior Designer, she supports the team with space planning, material selection, and project coordination—contributing fresh perspective and enthusiasm throughout the design process.
